Applicants for international protection have a very limited access to the Luxemburgish labour market. On the other side, beneficiarys of international protection and recently-arrived migrants, even if they have the right to work, they are often distants from the work market.

For this reason, ASTI has set up a project, with the goal to prepare the asylum seekers, ass well the recently-arrived migrants, for the labour market by offering a workshop, distributed on 2 different days.

We offer the participants 4 sessions:

  1. learning how to prepare a CV.
  2. training for a job interview.
  3. preparing a professional project by knowing the conditions of getting a job in Luxembourg, or dicovering the different training centres and the different instruments to find a job, a.s.o.
  4. simulating of a job interview in an upcoming situation.

As every participant has different needs, we offer an individual guidance during the four sessions, based on their personal competences and their professional project.

The goal of this project is to give the asylum seekers the tools they need to find a job in Luxemburg. Therefor they need some training, because every country has different claims on job candidates.

The next workshop will take place on the following days, morning and afternoon:

  •  Tuesday, November 3rd 2020
  • Wednesday, November 4th 2020

Participants are entitled to a participation certificate of the proposed activities.

The course will be for free and ASTI will provide sandwich for midday.
