Les demandeurs de protection internationale ont un accès très limité au marché du travail luxembourgeois. Étant donné que les procédures de demande d’asile durent très longtemps et sont parfois très compliquées, les demandeurs d’asile sont souvent mal préparés au marché du travail luxembourgeois.
Pour cette raison, ASTI, en collaboration avec Allan & Gill Gray Philanthropy, a mis en place un projet dans le but de préparer les demandeurs d’asile au marché du travail en proposant un atelier, organisé sur 2 jours différents, avec 4 workshops. Lors du premier workshop, les participants apprennent comment préparer un CV. Le deuxième consiste à préparer un entretien. Le troisième à préparer un projet professionnel et à connaître les conditions d’obtention d’un emploi au Luxembourg, et à connaître les différents centres de formation et les différents instruments permettant de trouver un emploi, etc. Le dernier workshop est une simulation d’un entretien, pour former à la situation à venir.
Comme chaque participant a des besoins différents, nous proposons une orientation individuelle au cours des quatre séances, en fonction de leurs compétences personnelles et de leurs objectifs.
L’objectif de ce projet est de donner aux demandeurs d’asile les outils dont ils ont besoin pour trouver un emploi au Luxembourg. Ils ont donc besoin d’une formation, car chaque pays a des revendications différentes en ce qui concerne les candidats à un emploi.

Les participants ont droit à un certificat de participation aux activités proposées.
Le cours sera gratuit.

Applicants for international protection have very limited access to the Luxembourgish labour market. Because asylum procedures are very long and sometimes very complicated, asylum seekers are often ill-prepared for the labour market in Luxembourg.
For this reason, ASTI, in collaboration with Allan & Gill Gray Philanthropy, has set up a project to prepare asylum seekers for the labour market by offering 4 workshops, organised over 2 different days. In the first workshop, participants learn how to prepare a CV. The second workshop is about preparing an interview. The third one is about preparing a professional project and knowing the conditions to get a job in Luxembourg, and knowing the different training centres and the different instruments to find a job, etc. The last workshop is a simulation of an interview, to train for the upcoming situation.
As each participant has different needs, we offer individual guidance during the four sessions, depending on their personal skills and objectives.
The aim of this project is to give asylum seekers the tools they need to find a job in Luxembourg. They therefore need training, as each country has different requirements for job applicants.

Participants are entitled to a certificate of participation in the proposed activities.
The course will be free of charge.
